Return Policy – Fashion Elvia

The product is damaged at the time of delivery
The product is defective or not functioning as described
The wrong product has been delivered

Customers must initiate a return request through their Fashion Elvia account or by contacting customer support.
Valid proof such as images or videos of the product may be required for verification.
Once the return request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be shared.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
4. Return Pickup
Approved returns may be picked up by our delivery partner, depending on service availability.
Customers must ensure the product is unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories at the time of pickup.
5. Refunds
After successful inspection of the returned product, refunds will be initiated as per the applicable policy.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as wallet credit, depending on the payment mode.
The refund processing time 7 days after approved.
6. Replacement
In certain cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability and customer preference.
7. Cancellation of Returns
Fashion Elvia reserves the right to reject or cancel a return request if the product does not meet the return conditions or if required proof is not provided.
