These Seller Terms and Conditions (“Seller Terms”) govern the registration, listing, and sale of products by sellers on the fashionelvia platform. By registering as a seller or listing products, you agree to be bound by these Seller Terms.
1. Seller Registration
Sellers must provide true, accurate, and complete business information during registration.
fashionelvia reserves the right to approve, reject, verify, or suspend any seller account at its sole discretion.
Sellers are responsible for keeping their account details updated.
2. Product Listings
Sellers may list only legal, genuine, and authorized products.
Product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications must be accurate and non-misleading.
Sale of counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted items is strictly forbidden.
fashionelvia may remove or modify listings that violate platform rules without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Inventory
Sellers are responsible for setting correct prices, discounts, and taxes (if applicable).
Inventory must be maintained accurately to avoid order cancellations.
Artificial pricing, fake discounts, or misleading offers are not allowed.
4. Order Fulfillment
Sellers must process, pack, and dispatch orders within the specified timeline.
Products must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
Repeated delays, cancellations, or fulfillment failures may result in penalties or account suspension.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Sellers must comply with fashionelvia’s Shipping Policy and coordinate with assigned delivery partners.
Correct pickup address, contact details, and availability must be ensured.
Sellers are responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information or non-compliance.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Sellers must follow fashionelvia’s Return & Refund Policy.
In case of approved returns, sellers must cooperate fully in pickup, replacement, or refund processes.
Excessive returns due to seller fault may attract penalties.
7. Seller Conduct
Sellers must maintain professional and ethical conduct with customers, delivery partners, and platform staff.
Fraudulent activity, fake reviews, abuse, or attempts to bypass the platform are strictly prohibited.
8. Commissions & Payments
Sellers agree to pay applicable platform commissions, service fees, and charges as defined by fashionelvia.
Seller payouts will be processed as per the defined settlement cycle after order completion and return window closure.
9. Data Protection & Confidentiality
Sellers must protect customer data and use it only for order fulfillment purposes.
Sharing, selling, or misusing customer information is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
10. Suspension & Termination
fashionelvia reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:
Violation of Seller Terms or platform policies
Fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities
Repeated customer complaints or poor performance
11. Limitation of Liability
fashionelvia shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from seller activities, products, or services.
12. Modifications to Terms
These Seller Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the seller account indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Seller Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
